After much preparation and debate (i.e. a few days of celebration) we have decided that our glorious days as Alliance are over, and we are finally joining the rest of our comrades within the ranks of the Horde!
Our realm of choice ended up being Draenor, a high population server with an active community that looked just perfect for what we were after. At the time this post goes up the guild transfer should be complete, with all/most of our characters over along with it on Draenor. Many thanks to all GM's that helped us reserve and free up guild and character names.
Finally a thanks to Alonsus for being what you've been to us. I don't think any of our raiders will forget it any time soon and I'm sure the 10 man along with other guilds will slowly start to fill the boots we've left behind.
After killing Lei Shen for the first time, we replaced several players in our roster and last night we finally killed Ra-Den to finish this tier with a not totally unacceptable world ranking of 17th 25-man guild. Overall we are not displeased with our progress this tier, but hope to greatly improve it for next. But before that we should have a few months of relaxing farm and loot in front of us.
We are also looking for new recruits to fill out our roster, so if you think you are an exceptional player and have what it takes to raid with us then feel free to make an application regardless of class, spec, or role. For more information contact an officer.

After weeks of steady progression on phase 1, and the occasional intermission, Lei Shen, the Thunder King, finally dropped dead on the floor. With the 12th encounter in Throne of the Thunder King raid instance dead there is only one encounter remaining, Ra-den. Time to go kill him.

On Sunday we reached Lei Shen, which looks like a really enjoyable and non-trivial encounter. As I am writing this post only three guilds have killed Lei Shen on the 25-man difficulty so we are aiming for a world 4th. Wish us much luck, we will need it.
We finally knocked down Dark Animus and Iron Qon to resume our world 14th rank from all the guilds that skipped Dark Animus. We also got a couple of pulls on Twin Consorts, which will hopefully drop before the end of this week.
